Executive - Business Development - Retail (1-3 yrs)
- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Experience :
- Work experience in Retail store expansion preferably Franchise network.
Responsibilities :
Geographical Knowledge : Delhi NCR
Franchise Acquisition : Scout, Identify & Acquire new potential franchise partner from various sources
- Be prepared to travel aggressively locally as well as to other cities for meetings and events.
Market Understanding : City & Market mapping to identify Potential trade area for New franchise stores
Coordination : Liaison between franchise partner, Projects & Operations & Assist the prospective franchise partner on the progress stage till the store is operational.
- Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investors for increasing the closure probability.
- Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
- Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement
