- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both English and Hindi, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- This role will focus on identifying new market opportunities and building relationships with architects, builders, and developers across India to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, meetings, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing and potential architects, builders, and developers to promote business growth.
- Conduct pan-India visits to meet clients, fostering strong connections with key industry players.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Regularly update management on business trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications and Skills :
Educational Background : Graduate in any relevant Field
Language Proficiency : Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
Personality : Presentable, confident, and able to build relationships quickly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel across India as required to meet clients.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to generating new leads.
