Executive - Business Development - Recruitment/Training/Consulting Firm (0-1 yrs)
ITRAC is a one-stop solution provider for the training, recruitment and consultancy needs of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). We also offer our services to educational institutes, health-care and the fitness industry.
We have three verticals :
1) Training - This vertical offers a range of off-the-shelf training programs imparted by our team of senior associates. Customised solutions are also available.
2) Recruitment - This vertical caters to the hiring needs of our clients. Our recruitment costs are lower than the industry norms
3) Consultancy - This vertical provides consultancy services to organisations in all major areas.
We have a team of senior professionals who work as associates and a core team which looks at identifying client needs and translating them into business opportunities.
ITRAC is looking for individuals with good communication and presentation skills who can identify
a) Prospective clients and
b) The needs of the prospective clients with respect to training recruitment and consultancy.
A pleasing personality and good knowledge of oral and written English is necessary.
The candidate must have completed his/her graduation or post-graduation and must have the willingness to travel within the city to meet prospective clients.
Compensation : The compensation package is Rs. 300,000 per annum. This includes a fixed and a variable component. The variable pay is based on the business generated by the candidate and the end to end execution of the project.
