Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Technology Business (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for a Business Development Interns to satisfy our current sales needs and to expand our business further. As an Intern your primary focus will be to retain existing customers and do an extensive search to generate credible leads.
Responsibilities :
1) Promote and market e2eHiring products through extensive cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective customers.
2) You will be a trusted advisor in the customer journey of our customers.
3) You will develop a strategic partnership with key internal and external stakeholders including C-level executives.
4) Work closely with the engineering team to improve products/features and deliver results.
5) Meet/Exceed sales revenue targets.
6) Maintain the HubSpot CRM.
Must-Have :
1) Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels
Should be flexible in working hours.
2) Technology Savvy-Ability to learn and work effectively.
3) Must be energetic, focused, competitive, and driven to your personal success.
Desired
1) Prior Internship experience in sales and marketing of SaaS products will be an add-on but not mandatory.
2) Knowledge about any CRM platform is a plus.
3) Any additional certification in social media marketing
