Responsibilities:
1. Candidate should have done Business Development for at least two years.
2. Experience in Domestic market is must.
3. Not looking for US recruitments.
4. Candidate should know how to identify Clients. Experience in doing cold calling.
5. Candidate should know how to map the right person to reach in the HR.
6. How to generate leads, going and meeting clients and closing on them.
7. Whom to approach in the companies.
8. Negotiation, presentation and convincing skills should be good.
9. Should know the existing rates and market for the positions.
10. Should know how to pitch IT services, Consulting and product development company.
11. Should know how to do market research and do the market intelligence to find out about the hiring plan of company.
12. Individual Contributor.
13. Good Personality and Communication Skills and should be go getter.
