Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Services (2-5 yrs)
- Execute marketing activities such as call outs, campaigns, lead generation, branding etc. and Responsible for preparing / standardize marketing Collateral
- Responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth and developing long-term relationships.
- Contacting potential clients through Field visits, cold calls and emails
- Promoting Organisations Projects, which are in line with the clients objectives
- Creating proposals and presentations for potential clients as per their requirement.
- Conducting and setting up client meetings if and when required
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients And ability to manage accounts.
- Developing targeted sales strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, which are in line with internal targets set by the company
- Staying up-to-date with new services that the organisation offers and its new pricing/payment plans
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
- Staying upto date on the business world, having knowledge of various industries
Requirements :
- Good command over English and local language
- Good interpersonal skill
- High Sales orientation for achieving numbers
- Proactive and Creative
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
- Knowledge of the industry and its current event
- Time management and planning skills
- Ability to work well with a team
Experience:- 2-5 Years
Qualification: Graduation
