Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Services (2-4 yrs)
Role
- Develop a strong understanding of the job market and grow your own client base by direct marketing model (cold calling) for recruitment & staffing solutions, HR projects & Training solutions
- Prospecting and cold calling the key stakeholders to introduce the services.
- Drive ongoing business development and work closely with the Companies to understand & address their needs
- Undertake market intelligence and research online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Drive brand awareness and brand recognition to reach the potential Companies & Candidates in the market
- Follow up with clients to fulfill the requirements and maintain continuous relationship with key stakeholders.
- Exploring the market for additional opportunities through contacts with Companies & Professionals on assignments for further business growth.
Essential Experience
- Bachelors degree in Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development/Sales within recruitment/staffing agency
- Excellent Communication skills and strong command over written business English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Self-motivated and target oriented to achieve your own

Complete Night shift working
Salary between 300000 - 420000 Per Annum (Depending on Interview performance)
