Job Overview :
We are seeking proactive Business Development Executives to promote and implement ProPMO's educational and RPO solutions across various Industries, educational, Counseling and coaching institutions. This role involves sales initiatives and partnership development, aiming to integrate ProPMO's systems and services within local academic and business structures, thereby enhancing both professionals and institutional success. Responsibilities :
- Introduce and market ProPMO's patent filed ProSki Capability Benchmarking and careerbuddyonline platform to corporates, educational institutions, optimizing their efficiency in candidate assessment
- Promote ProPMO's RPO services to manage the end-to-end hiring needs of corporates, academic/educational institutions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with their operational goals.
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, coaching centers, counseling centers, and local businesses, providing tailored ProPMO solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Generate leads and process the orders for comprehensive, AI-powered candidate assessments across technical, soft skills, and leadership domains, presenting in-depth Talent Insight Reports to potential clients.
- Leverage our established alliances, such as our collaboration with the PMI Pune Chapter, to enhance service offerings and client trust.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction that aligns with ProPMO's performance metrics.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Business Development Executive, preferably within the education or HR sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and educational market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
