Roles and Responsibilities:
- Locates potential IT & staffing business deals by contacting potential commercial clients.
- Driving business and ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving/ surpassing IT staffing sales targets.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating IT requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Formulating, developing and implementing yearly IT staffing business strategies to en-sure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through.
- Screens potential IT Staffing business deals by analyzing market strategies.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Proactively analyze competitors, vendors and associates.
- Must have good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
- Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation.
- Interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical Thinking Skills. Must be a good team player.
- Hands-on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation, to con-tracts negotiations and closings.
- Experience in making cold calls & targeted LinkedIn lead generation
- Candidate should be able to develop new and existing customer relationships both at tactical and strategic level.
- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.
- Highly motivated, flexible, ambition to succeed and demonstrated ability to works to-wards stated goals.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
- Should have at least one year or more experience working on Canada's Staffing and IT market.
- Should have excellent English communication skill
