Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Industry (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Utilize existing industry relationships to identify and target high-quality direct clients in need of IT staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, HR departments, and hiring managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients to understand their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure clients receive top-tier, vetted candidates.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring they meet the needs of both clients and Trident Consulting.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and market insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Extensive, proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- A vast network of industry relationships and connections.
- In-depth knowledge of the staffing and recruitment processes.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
