Our client was established in 2020 and is providing recruiting and HR services to more than 10 clients. We help to set up and maintain business networks or help troubleshoot and maintain existing networks. We also provide resources for IT Development. Our team is available to consult with business and staff when problems arise with your software.

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.

- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth.

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.

- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required : 

- You have at least 5 years of experience ideally in Inside Sales, Business Development 

- You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.

- Degree in marketing, business administration or similar.

- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant and proven experience as a B.D.E. in IT.

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.

- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points.

- Neat, well-groomed appearance.

- Great networking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Emboldened by challenges. Should have knowledge/experience in Social Media Marketing

- Should have a Positive attitude

- Should be able to make reports and presentations

- Should be interested in writing blogs/forum
