Position Overview :
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in staffing and consultancy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. As a BDE in staffing and consultancy, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and consultancy sector through market research, networking, and prospecting.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and match candidates to client job openings, ensuring high-quality placements and client satisfaction.
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives set by the company.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote our staffing and consultancy services and expand our network.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to management.
10. Continuously assess and improve sales processes, strategies, and techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing and consultancy industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
4. Strong understanding of the staffing industry, including recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and market trends.
5. Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
8. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
9. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
10. Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for sales and business development in the staffing and consultancy sector.
