- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Rao Career Solutions.

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, consistently striving to exceed expectations.

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of 3-5 years in business development within the staffing and recruiting industry.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
