Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (3-4 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development to join our team in the HR domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of HR services and solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the HR domain.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth :
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.
Collaboration and Coordination :
- Work closely with the HR and service delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's HR solutions.
