- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Recruitment Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development in recruitment industry, an understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will be responsible for selling our recruitment services to businesses in need of talent acquisition solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Sales Prospecting : Identify and research potential clients in need of recruitment services. Use various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to generate leads.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their hiring needs and challenges, and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Consultative Selling : Provide expert advice on the recruitment process, market trends, and best practices. Collaborate with clients to develop recruitment strategies that meet their specific needs.
- Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the company's recruitment services and offerings. Be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
- Sales Presentations : Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our recruitment services.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win solution for both parties. Close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline. Provide regular reports to management
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements :
- 2+year of Proven experience in recruitment or HR industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
