2. Market Research and Lead Generation

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in recruitment.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.

- Keep updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

3. Proposal and Contract Management

- Prepare and present proposals for recruitment services to potential clients.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements or contracts with clients.

- Ensure client satisfaction and adherence to agreed terms and conditions.

4. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams

- Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client needs are met.

- Communicate job requirements, timelines, and expectations clearly.
