Job Overview :


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for ZC Group.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.

2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

3. Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their recruitment challenges and provide tailored solutions.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

5. Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruitment services that meet client expectations.

6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

8. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

Skills and Qualifications :

1. Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment industry (Must)

2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, market dynamics, and client needs.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

4. Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

6. Candidates must have their own laptop and high speed internet connection.

7. Experience in Recruitment/Staffing Industry is must
