Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building new clientele, and achieving sales targets. They will also participate in discovery calls with potential inbound leads, particularly international clients, and successfully convert them into sales.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate recruitment business from the leads provided.

- Understand client requirements and provide customized recruitment solutions to meet their needs.

- Participate in discovery calls with potential inbound leads, especially from the Middle East and South Africa, and present the company effectively.

- Handle multiple leads efficiently and work with lead management tools like HubSpot.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients.

- Manage and cater to all already generated leads.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.

- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Be open to working on one Saturday or Sunday as part of a rotational schedule, with the option to take a compensatory day off (Monday or Tuesday) or receive extra pay.

Requirements :

- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry. Experience in the product or service industry will also be considered.

- Strong domestic and international sales experience, with a focus on the Middle East and South Africa markets.

- Experience in dealing with international clients and people during discovery calls.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with lead management tools like HubSpot.

- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
