Job Summary :


The International Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in US markets. This position involves researching market trends, generating leads, establishing partnerships, and supporting the company's global expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating different cultural landscapes and possess a strong ability to drive business growth on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research & Analysis :

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential international markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

- Evaluate market opportunities and provide insights to inform business development strategies.

Lead Generation & Outreach :

- Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new international clients.

- Engage with potential clients and partners through various channels including networking events, digital marketing, and cold calling.

Relationship Building :

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target markets, including potential clients, distributors, and strategic partners.

- Develop and manage client relationships to foster long-term business partnerships and growth.

Sales & Negotiation :

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective international clients and partners.


- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and enhance existing relationships.

Strategic Execution :

- Collaborate with internal teams to support the execution of international business initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.


- Contribute to the development and execution of regional business plans and sales strategies.

Reporting & Documentation :

- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including lead generation, client interactions, and sales progress.

- Prepare regular reports on international business development performance and key metrics.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in international business are a plus.

- Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on international markets.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of international business practices and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

- Proficiency in CRM software.

- Fluency in English is highly desirable.
