Job Description :
1. Generate new business leads and opportunities.
2. Lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners [IT, BPO, FMCG, BFSI, Healthcare, etc] to build new businesses.
3. Working on Professional Networking sites like Linkedin etc.
4. Research over the internet about the potential clients company and its key decision makers.
5. Get contact information and interact with HR over the phone, emails and personal visits.
6. Meeting the potential clients personally and try and get the T & C signed on the dotted lines.
7. Getting the requirements and forwarding it to the recruitment team.
8. Negotiating with the clients on the Service charge and reaching to a mutually accepted figure.
9. Develop and maintain the professional relationship with clients and get business in the form of recruitment contracts.
10. Contacting client for payments follow up.
11. Maintaining database
12. Taking all feedbacks from client as well as candidate to maintain work growth .
13. Covering clients on a PAN India basis.
