Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (2-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present professional services proposals.
- Work with Client to obtain qualified job
- Requirements and educate Client on SMAC's service offerings and processes.
- Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts
- Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Establish opportunities to present our value proposition to strategic Senior Executive and Management level contacts.
- Responsible for increasing the number of qualified hiring contacts in database
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Essential Requirements :
- 2-4years' experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment especially in Information Technology
- Handling the clients and Cold calling experience is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
