Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to foster growth in Contract/Temp Staffing sales
- Target HR departments within staffing and HR-related solution companies to expand our client base
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional business
- Showcase and promote our Contract/Temp Staffing services to HR departments effectively
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas for business expansion
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and leadership
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges
Job Requirements :
- Educational Qualification : Any Graduate
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage and track sales activities
