Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-6 yrs)
- Identify clients from Tech industry and offer Recruitment solution to fulfill their Hiring requirements. Client acquisition and Business Development
1. New client acquisition and Key account mining
2. Responsible for the P&L of the respective sectors
3. To identify solutions to business problems and streamlines processes
4. To invest in knowledge management of various industries and have an in-depth understanding of verticals handled through various networking forums.
5. Stay abreast of competition, industry practices and opportunities in recruitment business
6. Get engaged in social media activities to attract clients and opportunities in recruitment business
7. Prepare and monitor progress on business plan and any other duty as assigned by the reporting manager
Delivery :
1. Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
2. Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
3. Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
4. Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
5. Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
6. Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
7. Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times
