Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development activities targeting GCC (Global Capability Centres) market, focusing on permanent hiring solutions.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns using appropriate tools to engage with prospects and nurture leads.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, specifically in the GCC market and permanent hiring.
- Proven experience in using CRM tools for lead management and client relationship tracking.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools for campaign management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
