As a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting client meetings, and closing deals. This role is perfect for professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or education industries, as well as freshers who have demonstrated their skills during college festivals, events, or committee work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Client Meetings: Conduct online and offline meetings to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new client leads through various channels.

- Deal Finalization: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
