Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a thoroughbred sales professional to expand our footprint in the India market.
- Ideal candidate would a strong self-entrepreneurial spirit and deep contacts
- Experience would be in the 3+ years' range in IT or Non IT companies.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must with superior presentation skills.
The responsibilities would be as follows:
- Build High performance Sales & Account managing team members
- Takes ownership for introducing new offerings, extending geo footprint and new platform features based on market input
- Account Planning and Governance: responsible for oversight of all Client Management processes including planning, selling and customer engagement management
- Interact with demand partners and supply partners at CXO level to build long term sustainable relationships
