Our client is an Executive Search and Selection firm, providing services like Contract/Permanent Staffing, Payroll Management, Corporate training, etc to help the corporate companies source the best talent for their onsite/offshore requirements
The Job
Key Result Areas:
- Achieving Sales Targets of company for various segments / geography assigned
- Converting assigned / generated leads into sales
- Managing relations with current client base and generating repeat business
- Generate proposals / contracts for clients and ensure compliance with help of Pre-sales
- Active participation in campaigns design and execution
Ideal Candidate
Requirement:
- Effective Communication skills
- Leaning attitude, Quick learner
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Excellent Communication
- Candidate should be good in english to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
