Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
2. Coordinate with senior team to manage risks.
3. Keep prospective client database updated.
4. Make cold calls for new business opportunities.
5. Weekly meetings with immediate superior to discuss the work.
6. If needed arrange meetings for Senior management with prospective clients.
7. Follow company guidelines and procedure for acquisition of customers.
8. If necessary, need to take part in lead generation activities.
9. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up all questions; responding to client request proposal (RFPs).
10. Keep the database updated in form of CRM or Excel.
11. Working with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting, maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
Required Skills:
1. Must possess strong communication skills.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication.
3. Must has knowledge with contracts and agreements.
4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Must be an active listener.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Any Bachelor's degree is plus.
8. Experience with lead generation and prospect management
9. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives.
10. 1 to 4 years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience, knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
11. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
12. Already experienced candidate in the field and same process is also expected.
