Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing clients in the recruitment domain.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
