Job Description for Business Development Executive Role

Overview : Passionate in developing a business portfolio. Reliable in providing consistent clients to the organization. Building strategies that directs the organization in the path of success. Willing to grow with the organization.

- A good listener with strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Able to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Very enthusiastic, presentable, self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Have strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal Skills.

- Eager to learn and grow.

- Knowledge about recruitment process is preferred.

Responsibilities :

- Accountable for establishing new networks and maintaining old relations of company with clients.

- Manage and build a pool of clients from all categories like e-commerce, IT, Non-IT, BFSI etc.

- Create media plans, projection, PPTs for clients and ensure compliance with the same.

- Achieve revenue target for Business development for the month/Qtr.

- Work closely with delivery team & client servicing team for campaign download to ensure

- Delivery of all campaigns as per client's requirements.

- Cohesiveness in communication with external stake holders in high pressure environment and thus calm nature and patient ear is a must.

- Monitor & evaluate industry trends.

Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Sales/IB) graduates are preferred.

Proven experience in Consulting industry as BDE (or) Any UG or PG graduate expertise in Recruitment and Marketing field.
