Job Description :
Responsibilities:
1. -Lead Generation :
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
2. -Sales Process Management :
- Understand client needs and requirements.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.
3. -Relationship Building:-
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key clients.
4. -Market Analysis:-
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.
5. -Sales Reporting:-
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
6. -Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements :
1. -Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. -Experience :
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the sales process and CRM software.
3. -Skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
4. -Personal Attributes:-
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
