Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (1-11 yrs)
- Strategic Account Management: Own and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning our products/services to meet their needs. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to contribute insights and feedback for the development of sales strategies, particularly focused on key accounts. Ensure alignment between the company's overall sales strategy and the unique requirements of key accounts.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth within assigned key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional value to key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Contract Negotiation and Renewals: Lead negotiations for contract renewals, expansions, and new agreements with key clients. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and objectives.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, advocating for their needs within the organization. Proactively address client concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience and building trust.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience for key accounts. Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting :
- Forecast sales projections for key accounts, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
- Generate and analyze reports on key account performance, presenting findings and recommendations for improvement
