Role & Responsibility for Business Development Executive:
- Client acquisition for permanent recruitment.
- Understand and identify client requirements and assignment.
- Responsible to complete commercial part with all clients.
- Generate client lead and work according to that and find out new clients for the company.
- Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
- Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and team leader to generate quality results.
- Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients.
- Build rock solid relations with existing and new clients.
- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
- Bring new business to the organization.
Qualification: Doesn't matter
Working Days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturday half day.)
Working Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Break timings - 01:15 PM to 02:00 PM and 05:00 to 05:15 PM)
Leaves: 1 Paid leave will be provided by company every month.
