Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (0-3 yrs)
This individual will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily through remote job portals, to drive revenue growth and market share.
We're looking for engineering freshers here. Not MBA candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and lead generation activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize remote job portals to find leads and apply to relevant job postings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring that all contractual terms are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve the sales process
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities and pipeline status to senior management
