Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities
1. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
2. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discover and explore opportunities.
3. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options; resolve internal priorities; recommend equity investments, if needed.
4. Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examine risks and potentials; estimate customer's needs and goals.
5. Close the new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
6. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
7. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
8. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
9. Daily Activities include meet the customer involve up to payment of the particular sales. When you meet the new customer document every commitment and communicate with your ABDE and when deal is completing transfer the documents to CRM and arrange the meeting with customer and CRE.
10. Prepare and execute monthly plan for target achievement.
11. Submit weekly Sales achievement and performance status report to Higher Authority.
12. Record the Daily Sales activities on CRM Software.
13. Visit and meet with Customer on quarterly basis for maintain better relationship & future growth.
14. Prepare weekly performance report of team members (CRE, ABDE) and submit confidentially to Management.
