Responsibilities :
- Acquire and retain clients, ranging from top Fortune companies to startups
- Convert 3-5 companies per week with recruitment needs
- Familiarize with all services offered by Proconnxt
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Partner with hiring managers and key decision-makers to determine client requirements
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, social media, job portals, cold calls, and referrals
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls
- Reach clients across various industries and markets in India for new business opportunities
- Achieve targets and maintain a sales pipeline
- Identify new business opportunities, including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, and services
- Set up calls and one-on-one meetings with potential clients
- Maintain meaningful client relationships to ensure retention
- Negotiate attractive pricing with clients when required
- Suggest upgrades or additional products/services of interest to clients
Requirements :
- Experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and client handling is a plus
- Sales experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
- Strong networking skills
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions
