- As a Business Development Manager at our recruitment firm, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with 0-3 years of experience in business development or sales, who is passionate about the recruitment industry and eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities :

Identify and Target Prospects : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries.

Client Acquisition : Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Consultative Selling : Understand clients' hiring requirements, business objectives, and challenges to provide customized recruitment solutions.

Negotiation and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations with clients on pricing, terms, and conditions. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements. Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, collaborating closely with the operations team.

Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Market Intelligence : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Analyze market data and provide insights to the management team for effective decision-making and strategic planning.

Reporting and Analysis : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and business development metrics.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Experience : 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles. Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.

Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and articulate ideas effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.

Goal-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Relationship Building : Ability to establish rapport and build long-term relationships with clients. Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

Business Acumen : Understanding of business development principles and practices. Familiarity with the recruitment industry, including knowledge of hiring processes and industry trends.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Technology Proficiency : Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
