Roles and Responsibilities :
- Proven working experience as a business development executive/manager role.
- As a business development/Marketing manager is to identify sales leads, pitch to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
- The Goal is to identify potential clients and interact with Hiring Managers of clients who regularly release contract and/or contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services.
- Ensure all the process, policies related to Sales Management, Business Planning, Account Management and Partner operational related are adhered, in case of any deviation/observation ensure the same gets escalated to Business Functional Head and necessary decisions/corrections are implemented for better outcome.
- Excellent experience in Business development, interaction with clients, gathering and understanding their project requirement, communicating the understood need to the team of recruiters and getting the clients' needs satisfied.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Desired candidates that can bring in new clients apart from handling the existing clients.
- Candidates that have exposure in IT markets in India.
