Job Responsibilities:
1. Seek new business opportunities in the market/social media platforms/other suitable networking sites.
2. Maintain a database of prospective client information in the G-sheets.
3. Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
4. Contact potential clients through calls, messages, and e-mails.
5. Partnering with hiring managers to determine the staffing needs
6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
7. Present our company to potential clients.
8. Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
Job Requirements:
1. Objection handling, negotiation, and understanding the nerve of the client.
2. Knowledge of lead generation from various possible sources.
3. Building sales strategy.
4. Good convincing skills.
5. Develop business sales and marketing strategy.
6. Work location- Indore office.
