- This individual will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, primarily through remote job portals, to drive revenue growth and market share.

Qualification : B.E/B.tech
Location : Bhopal/Indore/ Remote

Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research and lead generation activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize remote job portals to find leads and apply to relevant job postings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and follow-up-
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring that all contractual terms are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve the sales process
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide regular reporting and updates on sales activities and pipeline status to senior management
