Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location : Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore
Time : 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST (Night Shift)
Commitment : 18 Month's
Requirements :
- Any Graduation
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn
- Good networking skills
- Training will be provided
Roles & Responsibility :
- Execute effective business development activities including - sourcing and qualifying clients, identifying decision makers in the organization using social media and various online technologies.
- Research about key decision makers in the organization and selling them Radiant staffing solutions
- Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Identify leads, Initiate sales cycle, Initiate and manage Email campaigns
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and sales funnel to the Management as required.
- Documentation and status reporting of the business development pipeline
- Develop and manage a pipeline target to meet annual sales target of the Company MIS and Reporting
- Generate New business relationships
- Cold calling and email strategy.
- Nurturing and growing existing warm leads
- Setting up conference calls/Meetings for the Business Manager
- Keep prospective client database updated
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
