Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (0-1 yrs)
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities.
- Business Development Executive responsibilities include conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities :
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Identify opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven 0.6 -1 year experience as a Business Development Executive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English & Hindi language
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Excel
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Fast learner with and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Salary : 1.20 LPA to 1.44 LPA + incentives
