Executive - Business Development - Recruitment Business (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to driving the international sales and business development (BD) process in pursuit of new client acquisition. Our clients are investment funds, family offices, traditional asset managers, wealth managers, equity research firms, financial advisors, etc. located globally
- You will be responsible for Sourcing, Contacting and scheduling BD pitch calls/ meetings for the sales head.
- You will learn to master a client acquisition/ BD workflow while developing business acumen, time-management skills, professionalism, and communication skills
- You will be responsible for preparing marketing materials, brochures and digital marketing content and campaign. Interacting and coordinating with external digital marketing firms
- You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively the mission and business model of Tristone
Pre-requisite:
- You should have prior B2B sales, pre-sales/ BD and marketing outreach work experience in the financial services or knowledge process outsourcing industry or at a bank, mutual fund, wealth management firm, investment fund or a non-bank finance company would be useful as well
- You should have superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, virtual, etc.)
- A high level understanding or background in financial services industry is useful but not critical
- Ability to monitor and use LinkedIn, salesforce etc. is an added advantage
- The candidate should have a bachelor's degree with relevant experience or an MBA
- Candidate must be based in Mumbai or its suburbs.
