Executive - Business Development - Recruitment (2-4 yrs)
About ShramIN : ShramIn, a technology-based online platform for hiring Blue/Grey Collar workers. We at ShramIN help in the discovery and skill matching of candidates and reduce the time-consuming recruitment process for the business by using an intuitive algorithm and user-friendly features. We are hiring BDM to take over a mix of existing accounts ad new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listeners, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contacting through cold calls potential clients to establish rapport and onboarding.
-Researching small and medium enterprises to find new opportunities.
- Attracting new clients and meeting them on daily basis.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement.
- Entirely B2B field sales.
- Customer focus and result oriented approach.
What are we looking for:

- Good Verbal communication skills
- Good active listening skills
- Aggressive self starter.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Graduate candidate preferred
- Two wheeler required.
