Executive - Business Development - Recruitment (1-3 yrs)
Looking female Candidate for Business Development Position:
Must Have:
- Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients. Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
- Regular liasioning with director level people to develop and promote brand name
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Analyze the client's requirements and discuss with specific team managers. Be a point of contact between the client and the team. Guide the recruitment team in terms of best places to poach candidates, head hunting strategies, profile explanation, etc. Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
- Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.
- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
Should Have:
- Must be highly familiar with Recruitment, Knowledge of Compliance & other HR Functions will be added Advantage.
- Candidate needs to be familiar with respective local markets.
- Must be from Recruitment Industry background preferably from Recruitment companies.
- Good with sales and have knowledge of Local Market
- Advanced organizational skills, able to handle high levels of complexity.

- Pleasing Personality with Good Communication skills in English (Both Written & Oral)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive and self-motivated
- High on energy level and should be target oriented with a strong will to achieve.
