Responsibilities :
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
- Curiosity and passion.
- The technical aptitude to master our sales tools.
- The ability to deal with rejection and thrive on objections.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Experience selling in B2B roles.
- Confidence in speaking with a variety of business prospects and promoting our services.
- Outbound phone-based sales experience.
- A self-motivated attitude towards working to targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
- Cold Calling.
- Must have past Experience with Australian Client Handling.
