Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify potential clients in India and Gulf who need recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, job postings, and email marketing.
- Engage with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to understand hiring needs.
- Pitch tailored recruitment solutions and secure contracts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Should have no inhibitions to visit and meet people during recent times.
- Should possess good and sound Market knowledge.
- Should be well versed and good in Oral as well as written communication and negotiation skills.
- Should have prior and good contact with Industry leaders at the Head level.
- Should be able to close good numbers of sales deals.

- Lead Generation & Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify industries with high hiring demand.
- Develop a target list of companies actively hiring in Canada and the US.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the recruitment process.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting
- Track and analyze sales performance, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Provide regular sales reports and suggest improvements to client acquisition strategies.
