Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, securing, and cultivating business relationships with the real estate and allied businesses.
- The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies that drive new business growth and increase revenue.
-Responsibilities
- Identify and connect potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards goals
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and stay up-to-date on real estate industry trends
- Consistently meet assigned monthly sales quota
- Track and report your pipeline activity
Qualifications
- MBA, BBA in Marketing, or related field
- Minimum experience of 2-4 years with proven track record in sales and business development
- Relevant experience in sales of marketing & advertising solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong networking and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
