Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (3-4 yrs)
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets
- Generating outbound leads for Residential/ Societies/ Corporate.
- Cold calling and closing incoming Sales leads
- Generate new businesses, achieve Sales Targets.
- Generating Society leads for Bulk sales.
- Conduct Sales promotion campaigns in Societies to generate leads.
- Any other activities as defined by the Management.
- Local language speaking is compulsory.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Professional approach
- Kannada/ Hindi and English fluency is compulsory
- Must own 2 wheeler and driving license compulsory
- Ready to travel.
- Sales experience of 1 to 2 years of direct sales will be an added advantage.
Specific Skill Set :
Languages : Kannada, English, Hindi & Telugu
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 3 to 4 years
Annual CTC : 1.80 to 2.4 LPA
