Executive - Business Development - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
The BDE is responsible and clearly focused on generating new sales, achieving and maintaining sales targets, marketing and financial objectives. Also, will undertake any other duties assigned to him/her during his/her tenure by his/her reporting head from time to time
- Major Responsibilities :
Sales :
- Generate profitable new business PAN India/International in order to exceed personal targets by managing entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, sales tours, marketing and sell all product lines, negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and Sales Targets
- Network with local market brokerage firms/agents
- Create and maintain positive relationships with existing clients that result in new business leads and maximizes opportunities for expansions and renewals to enhance revenue stream.
- Actively pursue client expansion leads
- Proactively generate new inquiries and sales opportunities o Responsible for management of local/neighbor meeting room sales efforts
- Actively promote all customer services and facilities both externally and internally
- Collaborate with corporate staff in setting sales, marketing and profitability goals for the Centre o
- Implementation and realization of marketing campaigns in line with central marketing calendar
- Develop and implement a marketing plan in cooperation with the line manager
- Adopt company initiatives for news products, offers and promotions
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that effect Sales.
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
